Most people think that Nutritional Therapy is all about broccoli and vegetables. Well, yes, they probably will be mentioned…but it is also about delicious food and living happily.

Nutritional Therapy is a complementary medicine that looks at how nutrients, lifestyle factors and individual biochemical imbalances can contribute to your health concerns.

It can support digestion issues, dermatological conditions, energy, fatigue, memory and focusing, hyperactivity, anxiety,  autoimmune disorders, menstruation and autism.

The ‘nutritional part’ analyses you to identify foods, supplements and lifestyle changes that could be helpful to ease your discomfort and support your bodies natural systems.

The ‘therapy part’ describes how we work with each other to ensure the recommendations fit in with your life and dietary preferences. Together we make health goals that are realistic, achievable and taste great!

How it works

  1. We’ll have a free 15 minute chat to establish your health concerns .

  2. You will be sent a comprehensive health questionnaire and food diary.

  3. Choose your package, return the questionnaire, deposit and book your initial appointment.

  4. The initial consultation will go over your forms in greater depth and we will discuss strategies going forward.

  5. A personalised nutrition, supplement and lifestyle protocol will be provided.

  6. Any optional tests (if applicable) will be discussed in the consultation and information will be provided with the protocol.

  7. Follow-up and telephone check-ins will then be booked in.
