This package is designed for individuals needing a deep dive to enhance their health and wellness. If you have been suffering from a long term chronic issue such as CFS/ME, autoimmune issues.
1.5 hour initial consultation
3 x 30 minute follow-ups over 4-6 months
3 x 15 min touch base calls between appointments
Minimum 2 hours of research
You will be provided with a written health plan after every initial and follow-up appointment.
Sometimes supplements and/or tests maybe recommended to support your goals. These are always optional and will be explained in your clinic session. Supplements and tests are not included in the package prices.
Why do I only offer packages?
Packages offer us the advantage, as client and practitioner, to be able to commit to the process of nutritional therapy.
While nutritional therapy can be very powerful it isn’t always a quick fix.
Time and effort are required to effect the changes we want to see and unfortunately, the longer we have been unwell means it will often take longer for our body to regain some balance.
The packages are an investment in your health. I will research every case before and after appointments, which takes time - at least a hour but often more. This time is reflected in the package pricing.
If required, 45 minute follow-up appointments are available on an ongoing basis after any of the above packages - £80
